The terms
How to earn and use Rosen store credit, qualify for membership levels, and manage expiry dates and refunds.
What Rosen credit is
Rosen credit is a balance held on your account. It comes off the price of the products on an order, automatically, with no code to enter. It is not a payment card, it cannot be withdrawn as cash, and it cannot be transferred to another account.
Your account shows your available balance and credit history. Checkout shows the amount eligible for your current order.
Credit buys products. It is never applied to shipping or to sales tax. A small balance remains payable to complete the order.
How you earn it
The welcome credit
Eligible new accounts can receive $50 in welcome credit while the promotion is active. You must opt in to Rosen marketing updates and complete the registration steps shown with the offer. The offer is limited to one per person, expires after 30 days, and requires a qualifying product subtotal of $500.
Cashback
Qualifying paid orders earn 2% at Bronze, 5% at Silver, 10% at Gold, 15% at Platinum. When an order crosses a level, the amount that finishes the current step earns its current rate and the remainder earns the next rate. Each part and its rate are recorded on the order. Total cashback is rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
Cashback is calculated on qualifying product spend after discounts. Shipping, sales tax and amounts paid with store credit are excluded. Cashback is added when payment is confirmed and the order is Processing or Completed; it does not wait for shipment. Pending and on-hold orders earn nothing. Orders before the programme launch do not earn retroactive cashback or level progress.
Joining gifts
$100 at Silver, $300 at Gold and $500 at Platinum. These are store-credit gifts awarded once per level. Reaching the same level again does not create a duplicate gift. One order can complete several steps and receive each transition gift. If a refund caused an unspent gift to be reclaimed, a later qualifying purchase can restore that same gift.
How you spend it
Credit is applied to your cart automatically and you can set it aside for later with one click if you would rather.
Where several kinds of credit sit in one wallet, the credit that expires soonest is spent first. Your account lists the conditions for each credit. The cart shows how much applies to your order.
No minimum purchase for cashback or level-up gifts. The $50 welcome credit requires a qualifying product subtotal of $500.
When it expires
- Cashback: 12 months.
- Level-up gifts: 60 days.
- Welcome credit: 30 days.
Your account shows credit expiry dates. Credit cannot be used after it expires. Contact our team if you have a question about your balance.
Levels
Each level has a separate spending requirement and time window. Spend $3,000 while Bronze within any 60-day period to reach Silver. Then spend another $10,000 while Silver within any 120-day period to reach Gold, and another $30,000 while Gold within any 180-day period to reach Platinum. The shortest Bronze-to-Platinum path is $43,000. These are separate steps, not lifetime totals or deadlines from registration.
After promotion the visible progress meter starts the next step, and any excess from the crossing order enters that step immediately. One order can cross all three steps.
A level is held for 12 months from the day you reach it or last re-qualify, unless a refund reverses the purchases that earned it. At the annual review, qualifying spend from the previous 12 months is compared with the maintenance amount: $6,000 for Silver, $15,000 for Gold, $40,000 for Platinum.
- If you clear it, you keep the level for another 12 months.
- If not, that annual review moves you down one level.
- We email you 30 days before any review you would not pass, telling you the exact amount that would hold it.
- Bronze is permanent. Nobody is removed from the programme.
Ordinary rolling-window ageing does not lower your level immediately or erase an earlier receipt. Annual maintenance does not remove credit already earned. Refunds are handled separately below.
Returns and refunds
A refund, cancellation or reversal of payment removes the latest, highest-rate part of the original qualifying order first. Cashback is reversed using its original recorded rates, even if the programme rates later change. Your wallet balance is never taken below zero.
Where you paid partly in credit and partly in cash, a refund puts you back where you started: the credit returns to your wallet under its original expiry, and the rest is refunded to your original payment method.
If the reversal undoes an earned step, your earned level drops immediately to the highest step still supported, and any unspent joining gift for the reversed step is reclaimed. A later qualifying purchase can restore the level and that same gift without paying it twice. Simply not ordering for a while does not remove credit already earned.
One practice, one account
Only orders placed under the same account count towards the same level, and we do not combine spending from separate accounts, even when they share a practice name or email domain. A practice ordering under three logins splits its own spend three ways.
The welcome credit is one per person. Accounts created to collect it more than once will have the credit removed.
Changes and closing
We may change the rates, the thresholds or these terms. Credit already in your wallet keeps the conditions under which it was issued. Changes do not apply retroactively.
If you close your account, unspent credit is not refundable in cash.
