How do I choose the right Rosen Screw®?
Match the screw diameter, driver and exact multi-unit abutment (MUA) connection. A manufacturer's name alone does not confirm compatibility. Compare the Rosen Screw® range, or send our team the platform reference and a clear product photo.
Where can I download CAD libraries?
The CAD libraries page includes implant-system files, screw-channel geometry and scanner resources. Choose the file for your software, component and workflow.
Where are my previous orders?
Sign in or create an account using the email address from your previous purchases. Verify that email when prompted to link eligible guest orders. If an order is missing, contact us with its order number and purchase email.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within the same week. Checkout shows the available shipping services and their cost for your delivery address. For an existing order, contact our team with the order number.
How do I request a return?
Contact us before sending an item back. Check the refund policy for the return period, product conditions and shipping costs.
How does Rosen Rewards work?
