The four levels
Each level has its own rolling window: $3,000 while Bronze in any 60 days, then another $10,000 while Silver in any 120 days, then another $30,000 while Gold in any 180 days. The shortest path from Bronze to Platinum is $43,000. Your registration date does not start a countdown.

The $50 welcome offer is available to eligible new accounts while the promotion is active. Opt in to Rosen marketing updates and complete the steps shown during registration. Welcome credit expires after 30 days and requires a qualifying product subtotal of $500.
When an order reaches the next level, only the amount needed to finish the current step earns the old rate. The rest starts the next step immediately at its new rate. One order can cross several levels; your receipt shows each part.

You order
Credit is added after payment is confirmed. You do not have to wait for delivery. Purchases awaiting payment do not earn credit, and refunds reduce qualifying spend.

Your credit is added
You earn on what you paid for the products after discounts, excluding shipping, tax and the part paid with credit. If an order crosses a level, each part earns its own rate. The total cashback is rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

You spend it
Available credit is applied at checkout automatically. You can also save it for later. Cashback has no minimum purchase requirement and applies to products, excluding shipping and tax.

A level is reviewed after 12 months. If your qualifying spend for that year is below its maintenance amount, you move down one level, with an email warning 30 days before the review. Ordinary ageing does not cause an immediate drop or remove earned credit. A refund that reverses an earned step can lower your level immediately and reclaim its unspent gift. Bronze is permanent.

Rewards questions
Does the credit expire?
Cashback expires after 12 months. Level-up gifts expire after 60 days, and welcome credit expires after 30 days. Check your account for expiry dates. Credit with the nearest expiry date is used first.
Is there a minimum order?
The $50 welcome credit requires a qualifying product subtotal of $500. Cashback and level-up gifts have no minimum purchase requirement. Credit applies to products only; shipping and tax remain payable.
Does it stack with the quantity discounts?
Yes. When a quantity discount applies, it is deducted first. Cashback is calculated on the qualifying product amount after discounts and credit.
What if I return something?
Refunds reverse the highest-rate part of the original order first, using the rates recorded on its receipt. If the refund undoes an earned step, your level drops to the highest step still supported and its unspent joining gift is reclaimed. A later qualifying order can earn the level again and restore that gift without duplicating it. Your wallet balance is never taken below zero.
We order under three addresses. Do they add up?
Yes, if the orders belong to the same account. You can save multiple delivery addresses in that account. Orders under separate accounts count separately.
I have ordered from you for years. Do I start from scratch?
Register with the email used for your guest orders, then verify that email through the link we send you while signed in. Eligible guest orders and their delivery addresses can then appear in your account. Historical orders do not earn retroactive cashback or level progress: qualifying purchases start when the programme launches.
